After 6 years of successful trading and solid growth, challenging market conditions and the intensity of being an owner manager were beginning to impact on the performance of a specialist Marketing Agency based in the UK.
The founder recognized that he needed to take stock and rethink some aspects of his business model. He also needed to revisit some of his core objectives regarding the future direction of the business
Faced with this all to common dilemma the founder sought help in the form of coaching from Neil. He felt that having some dedicated time to think, to firstly identify the specific things that needed to be changed or fine tuned and to prioritise things clearly would be a good way of moving forward.
The initial sessions helped to clearly identify and clarify some of the fundamental issues which the business was experiencing. As is often the case there were in fact a number of overlapping issues which needed to be identified, properly understood and then decisions made regarding the best way to move forward.

Whilst there is much still to do, the founder is clear on the plan, feels happier with the way forward and is more in control.
