Our Take on great coaching
We founded our coaching practice after decades as management consultants, where our work focused on solving complex problems and driving major change. Along the way, we mastered countless frameworks, tools, and models — and we talked a lot.
Through our formal training to become coaches with the Meyler Campbell Mastered programme, we discovered a different path. Instead of being told there was one “right way” to coach, we were encouraged to create an approach grounded in our own values, experience, and skills, while maintaining the highest professional standards.
Our philosophy is simple: effective coaching isn’t about flashy techniques or how smart the coach sounds. It’s about being fully present, building a relationship of mutual respect, and committing wholeheartedly to bringing out the best in another person.
We take an eclectic approach — thoughtful, integrated, and systemic — not a “pick and mix” of methods. At the heart of our work is the belief that transformation comes from genuine human connection. As Nancy Kline says, it’s about creating a Thinking Partnership, “where open, unhurried conversations unfold in an atmosphere of trust and collaboration”.

We can work with you over a period of time with regular set-piece coaching sessions and whatever you need from us in between, or we can design and run shorter, sharper interventions to unblock or kick-start something.
